What is Mindfulness:
Mindfulness means experiencing the present moment, non-judgmentally. Research shows that living mindfully greatly reduces stress, increases joy, and improves concentration (among many other benefits).
Four 30-minute weekly live zoom mindfulness classes
Each class will incorporate
- 2 guided mindfulness practices
- An in-depth mindfulness lesson
- Space for reflections, reactions, and questions.
What you will learn:

✔ Practices that stretch your skills while being fun, realistic, and challenging
✔ Perspectives that open your eyes to new ways of relating to your inner world

This course will run on Mondays at 7:30 a.m EST on September 11th, 18th, October 9th and 16th.
