To give you a little tour of what you’ll find here:

  1. Head over to the Feed tab to join the discussion! There, you’ll also find new Guided Practices (which will drop weekly on Mondays), brief videos on mindfulness topics (which come out 1-2x/month) and inspirational quotes (Thursdays). 
  2. Our weekly challenge is debuting Motzei Shabbos - you can join on the Challenges tab and let us know when you've completed it to gain points and badges. 
  3. You will be able to see our scheduled lives under the meetups tab. We love getting to meet you and discuss all things mindfulness, so put those in your calendar! You can find recordings of past lives here too.
  4. With incredible content dropping several times per week, it's worth checking in frequently! Keep an eye out for more fantastic features. Check out our new library under the resources tab.
