Course Goals:
Course participants will:
✔ Obtain a working knowledge of the DBT Skills
✔ Be able to flexibly and comfortably teach skills to their clients
✔ Feel confident in helping clients become skillful in their day-to-day lives
✔ Understand when a client needs full DBT versus when skills can be a helpful addition to treatment
When:
Meets weekly on Thursdays from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm EST on Zoom, live only.
You financially commit to one module at a time, although we highly recommend you do all three! You will receive 25% off of the second module you register for and 50% off the third module. Alumni receive 75% off.

Interpersonal Effectiveness Module
