 Course participants will:

✔ Feel confident in helping clients become skillful in their day-to-day lives
✔ Understand when a client needs full DBT versus when skills can be a helpful addition to treatment

Emotion Regulation Module — 7 sessions
- Week 1: Orientation and Wise Mind
